linhvatphongthuy provides consulting services in business design and strategic management of commercial spaces, including training on ergonomic office organization, analysis of environmental impact on productivity, and audit of setup costs. Services are provided according to the specifications agreed upon in the individual contract.
The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding the space and operational needs. linhvatphongthuy undertakes to respect data confidentiality and to provide services with professional diligence. Any change in requirements must be communicated in writing at least 5 working days in advance.
linhvatphongthuy is not liable for indirect losses or moral damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months. Recommendations offered do not constitute explicit guarantees regarding increased productivity.
The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30 calendar day notice. In case of non-fulfillment of obligations, the party at fault has 15 days to remedy. Non-payment of invoices on time results in automatic termination.
linhvatphongthuy reserves the right to modify these terms with 14 days prior notice. Continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. The updated version will be published on this page.
